The UrbanArtt Civic wheels solve an interesting problem. Scooter wheels now come in various widths and heights, including the very popular 30mm width. The problem with many 30mm wide wheels is that the core is also 30mm wide, which means it won't work with conventional 24mm forks and deck spacers. So you have to convert to 30mm fork and deck spacers to use them. Not with the UA Civic wheels. Available in 2 sizes - 110x24 and 125x30, both come with a 24mm core so you can use them with your conventional forks and decks without spacers!
UrbanArtt Civic Wheels are 88A PU, which means that UrbanArtt intended them to be ridden on the street because they are harder and more durable than 86A wheels. UrbanArtt Scooter Wheels are 24mm wide at the core and should be used with 24mm wheels spacers. The PU width is 30mm. Most pro scooter forks and decks were designed to handle a 24mm wheel core. Very few wheels come in this unique core/PU combo with a 24mm core and 30mm PU. Not all forks and decks were designed to handle a 24mm core and 30mm PU so make sure that both your deck and forks can handle the width of a 30mm wide wheel. You will still use 24mm fork/deck spacers. Only a few manufacturers, primarily Root Industries, makes this combo core/PU width and these wheels were intended only to be used with their forks. UrbanArtt Civic Wheels have a 125mm outer diameter, making them perfect for the intermediate to pro riders who are looking for maximum speed for big air park tricks. While 115mm and 125mm are only produced by a few scooter manufacturers, 120mm wheels are the norm now on any intermediate to pro freestyle scooter. UrbanArtt Civic Wheels 125mm come standard with pre-installed bearings.
