I ordered a motor for my highboy S2 pro that they said it was in stock said it was on the way and one to five day shipping. I still haven’t got it. It’s been 10 days later.
Ordered a hiboy s2 pro front wheel waited about 10 days then called multiples times until I got ahold of someone and when I did he was very helpful and he even called me back to explain that the warehouse is out of stock right now and had a inventory issue. I will have to get my little bro a different gift but at least I didn’t find out on Christmas Day there is no gift. He even canceled the order for me and said early January they will get more. So I was upset at first when I couldn’t get ahold of anyone but after trying a couple times they they fixed the issue and when we finally talked we got it sorted out doesn’t seem like a bad shop, things happen and you gotta roll with it. Thanks for helping and understanding hopefully the others customers receive help as well. :) Merry Christmas!
I ordered this replacement after getting a flat. I thought, Wow, 1-5 days flat shipping rate. WRONG, it has been 10 days, and I finally checked the shop app, and it said "Preparing Shipment." I want my tire. Don't sell things that you don't have in stock. One star!
