The Proto Eclipse TDI Deck is the most advanced offering in Proto's range. Proto it built on the knowledge gained from past models, offering the highest strength-to-weight ratio and deepest concave yet. We suggest this size for those requiring more foot and grind space while enjoying excellent maneuverability.

Andrew Broussard developed the TDI (Tunglok Deck Integration) deck system to solve the problems of welded decks. In short, the neck of a scooter deck is the most vital point, whereas the extrusion (deck plate) is the weakest. This means that if a welded scooter deck is broken, the entire unit needs to be replaced.

The TDI system solves this issue by having two distinct pieces, a neck, and a deck plate, allowing the deck plate to be changed. Broussard also designed the neck to be compatible with all Proto deck plates, providing endless customization options.

For a full scooter setup, you need the following components: Neck, Deck Plate, Deck End Kit, and Brake (any brake with a vertical brake bolt pattern will fit the deck). So, we recommend the PROTO UBS Brake Replacement Hardware Kit for optimal performance.

This includes the Deck plate only.

The listed weight considers the weight of the neck, deck plate, and deck ends - however, the neck and 5.5" deck ends need to be purchased separately. Additionally, linear pattern brakes are compatible with Proto's UBS system.
