There is ongoing confusion regarding the S2 Lite Electric sscooter and its part compatability. Most customers are needing to replace a motor on an old version S2 lite scooter.
We have been advised by Hiboy the version 1 motor compatable with the old S2 lite scooter is no longer in production. That Version 1 motor has been replaced with a version 2 motor.
The new version 2 motor only works with the new version 2 controller. This means if you have an old version 1 Hiboy S2lite scooter and replace the motor, you will need to buy the new version 2 motor AND the new version 2 controller.
