Will I Be Charged Tax?
We want to make your shopping experience with us and pleasant as possible so we do all we can to avoid any "hidden fees". When shopping with Alpha Pro Scooters you don't have to worry about tax boosting your total, additionally shipping is a standard $7.50 as a part of our shopper friendly initiative.
Do You Re-Stock Your Inventory?
Due to the limited nature of each collection, restocks may not be available for certain items. Limited releases will not be re-stocked once sold out.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our products are meant to bring a smile. If they don’t, we haven’t done something right. If all tags are in-tact (still attached to the item) and the item is still in its original packaging, we will gladly assist in reviewing your order for return or exchange. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. When Will My Order Arrive?
All Domestic Orders are shipped via "UPS" or “USPS”. We do offer expedited shipping. Please allow up to 1 business day for order processing/payment verification, and an additional 1-5 business days for delivery. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and shipping outside the United States.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is generally $7.50.
Do You Ship Outside the United States?
Yes! We are proud to offer shipping globally. Be warned, shipping outside the US does not qualify for the flat rate shipping of $7.50 and standard shipping time (1-5 days) does not apply to orders outside the United States.
How Much Does Shipping Outside Of the United States Cost?
Shipping outside the contiguous United States can only be calculated and viewed at checkout before payment.
